Application
Search our careers page for the right job – if there is nothing suitable, you can use the unsolicited job. Now you can fill out the application tool and upload the required documents. All it takes is a few minutes!
Invitation to the first short telephone call
If your application is convincing, we will invite you to an initial telephone interview by e-mail with a choice of dates. This will last approx. 30 minutes with your responsible manager.
Invitation to get to know each other remotely or on site
If both parties are convinced after the first meeting, a second interview follows. Either again virtually or, if possible, on site. Duration approx. 60-90 minutes with the responsible manager and usually another colleague with specialist expertise.
Second longer interview
This is usually followed by a further meeting with the manager and another team member.
Commitment and offer
If everything fits, you will receive an offer from us and go through our uncomplicated digital contract process. After signing the contract, it’s time to celebrate!
